Hey guys. I'm Nils, and I'm one of the first people who 'volunteered' to this project, but because I'm a boring, lazy idiot, I haven't made a single post. Which sucks.
Back to me. I'm 14 years old and I live in northern Sweden. I've got a pretty strange family: my somewhat eccentric and flamboyant mother, my dull and boring father and my completely crazy little brother. We've got 2 dogs and 2 cats. About my friends.. I choose quality over quantity at any time. Even though I treasure my friends - not as much as they'd like me to, I'm afraid - I prefer being with myself. When I'm not at school I like to read, watch horror movies, write and/or read depressing poems, listen to music and whine about how miserable I am. I've got a quite broad music taste, but I detest most things played on MTV, perhaps the sole exception being AFI ;)
Me, my brother and our mom has been visiting my aunt, so we've been living at her place for 3 days. We decided to go home (by car, yuck) today, and on the way we stopped at.. hmm, a place where you can buy all kind of things like furniture, books, pet treats, notebooks, basically everything except food. I suppose it's kind of like Walmart, only smaller. And Swedish.
Anyway, I found a REALLY cool canvas painting at the store! It was freakin' awesome, and I was all like "OHMYGOD IT'S GONNA FIT PERFECTLY IN MY ROOM!!!1" so I bought it. Now, sitting here in the dark, I can see it staring at me. I'm creeped out. I do NOT want that thing in my house any more. I'm too afraid to look at it, I'm too afraid to take it down from the wall. I won't get many hours of sleep tonight.
Unfortunately I can't find a picture of it, so you'll have to go with this description:
Basically, the whole picture is a window. The windows belong to an old cottage, the colour of the walls have peeled off and the windows are so dirty, it's hard to make out what is behind them... The thing about the picture which gives me the creeps is what's in the window. A face of a young boy or girl. He or she has almost no hair, only a frill which covers his/hers forehead. Sorry for this somewhat messy and dull description, but that's the best I can tell without looking at it. It certainly has an unsettling feeling about it.
Cheers! ;)
